Unless you know what you're doing. Poking around in my Nemesis_Engine directory I noticed that the Skyrim Data folder location in the nemesis.ini file was wrong. So its a good idea to make sure its empty before you run the engine. So i tested and apparently it only happens when i launch it through vortex, if i launch it through the folder it runs fine.
